Jennifer Madsen
COO / Executive Vice-President
With over fourteen years insurance industry experience, Jennifer Madsen leads ConfirmNet's sales, development and account management teams – and manages the company’s overall operations. Ms. Madsen brings a keen industry perspective to her responsibilities of generating sales revenue and ensuring that customer needs are reflected in all corporate activities and services.
Prior to ConfirmNet, Ms. Madsen served as Vice President of Operations at Benchmark Commercial Insurance Services, Inc., with responsibility for all operations of this commercial lines insurance agency.
Ms. Madsen also worked as a Marketing Manager with G.S. Levine Insurance Services, where she negotiated a variety of insurance programs for commercial clients. She has held various underwriting positions with insurance companies and MGAs, including USAA, Great Midwest Insurance Co., Elton George & Co., and Golden Eagle Insurance Company.
Ms. Madsen graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in marketing.

Sonny Bautista
Vice-President of Engineering
Sonny Bautista joined ConfirmNet in 2001, bringing many years of engineering experience. He leads all ConfirmNet product development efforts, including web and server side development, product architecture, feature functionality, and quality assurance. In addition, Mr. Bautista has responsibility for ConfirmNet's network operations and technology environments.
Before joining ConfirmNet, Mr. Bautista was Vice President of Engineering at Reticular Systems, Inc., leading a team of engineers.
Mr. Bautista studied Computer Science at the University of California San Diego and has been an instructor at UCSD Extensions.

Lester Knight
Chief Financial Officer
Lester C. Knight brings more than 20 years of financial and operations management experience to his role of CFO at ConfirmNet Corporation. His experience spans a wide range of industries and includes successfully managing merger and acquisition activities, raising capital through private and public equity offerings, and has completed an initial listing to a major stock exchange. Mr. Knight also has extensive knowledge and experience in the administrative and legal functions.
Mr. Knight has a B.S. in Finance and a MBA in Global Management. He also sits on the board of directors of several public and private companies.

Sharon Greener
Executive Vice-President of Sales
With over 24 years Business Development and Account Management experience of complex business programs, Sharon Greener leads the company's Sales and Account Management responsibilities with support and training to Customer Service. Ms. Greener has been instrumental in developing key partnerships in all business sectors focusing on large volume transactions and multi-year partner relationships.
Prior to joining ConfirmNet in 2005, Ms. Greener was the senior sales executive for over 11 years in an industry focused on both service based solutions, consulting and design and manufacturing of custom designed products.
Ms. Greener has managed complex double digit multi million dollar programs with full P&L responsibility from inception through delivery. Her fastidious attention to detail and follow through results in total program success and delivery. Taking a consultative approach to assessing each of our clients needs, her thorough understanding of how to arrive at the right solution for each of our clients, through transition to implementation of each licensing agreement is integral to our customer satisfaction.
Ms. Greener has spent her career devoted to the highest level of customer service, satisfaction and relationship management.
